1. Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed two weeks in advance of each scheduled delivery.

Shipments occur once per week, with four deliveries per monthly subscription cycle.

After subscribing, your first shipment will be sent two weeks after your initial payment.

If you cancel your subscription, shipments will continue for two weeks after cancellation before stopping.
2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Internationally.

Shipping availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify service areas.
3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is included in your subscription fee.

Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Times & Tracking

Delivery times vary based on your location but typically range between 7-21 business days.

You may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order is shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will not be doing a re-delivery, however, you can change your address for the next order.
