1. Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed two weeks in advance of each scheduled delivery.

  • Shipments occur once per week, with four deliveries per monthly subscription cycle.

  • After subscribing, your first shipment will be sent two weeks after your initial payment.

  • If you cancel your subscription, shipments will continue for two weeks after cancellation before stopping.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Internationally.

  • Shipping availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify service areas.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is included in your subscription fee.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout if applicable.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Times & Tracking

  • Delivery times vary based on your location but typically range between 7-21 business days.

  • You may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us through the chat.

  • We will work with our shipping partners to investigate lost or significantly delayed shipments.

  • Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will not be doing a re-delivery, however, you can change your address for the next order.

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • RoomDrops may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to subscribers as necessary.
